Yes, that’s what’s great, we were focused from start to finish. We played the game we needed to play, we were efficient, so it’s fantastic.
Did you feel liberated on the pitch?
I really enjoyed myself on the pitch tonight thanks to my teammates; we combined well. This is exactly the kind of match that’s good, because you have to know how to enjoy yourself, and tonight I’m leaving with a smile.

Finally, you’re resting. How did you experience this year?
It’s historic, it’s magnificent. We’ve made football history. World football history, club history, and because we won the first Champions League and six trophies in a single calendar year. It’s magnificent. We’re very happy and very proud of the season we’ve had, and of course, we want to thank the staff, the fans, and congratulations to all my teammates as well. And also to the management.
