Lucas Chevalier, the 23-year-old goalkeeper for Lille (contract runs until 2027) and the French national team, has been mentioned as a target for Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Sports Zone now reports that PSG would like to move forward next summer.

“EXCL. Paris Saint-Germain want to make a move for Lucas Chevalier next summer.

But to do so, they’ll have to sell Donnarumma, who hasn’t fully satisfied Luis Enrique’s staff right from the start.

Tough competition from the Premier League…”

Of course, we’re cautious, as there’s nothing official yet, and this media isn’t exactly the most reliable. Here, after Donnarumma’s mistake against Saint-Etienne (with the goal conceded from a free-kick), the rumour is also a little simple. Especially as many would like PSG to recruit Chevalier.

Let’s wait and see if there really is an attempt being made and, above all, if it could come to fruition. Chevalier may have other plans for his future, just as Lille may prefer other offers. There’s nothing certain at the moment, so let’s remain cautious.
