Joshua Kimmich, the 30-year-old right-sided midfielder under contract to Bayern Munich until 2025, was rumored to be in the sights of Paris Saint-Germain during the 2024 summer mercato, and now he’s back for 2025 despite still not having extended his contract. Sky Sport confirmed Bild‘s report on Wednesday: PSG have made a concrete offer.
“Paris Saint-Germain have indeed submitted an official written offer to Joshua Kimmich.
PSG are offering him a contract until 2029. The offer is on the table, but has neither been accepted nor rejected by Kimmich!

It’s interesting to have a quick confirmation, but it’s still light. These are the two German newspapers that are used to rumours, and we’re a long way from a concrete result every time. We’ll need more to be certain.
But PSG may well have made an attempt for this immense player. But we don’t know what the outcome will be. There are many possible outcomes, including an extension at Bayern. It’s too early to really consider his signature in Paris.
