This Saturday, as part of the 34th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025, Paris Saint-Germain took on Auxerre at the Parc des Princes. After a match in which the Reds and Blues took it easy, they won 3-1 (PSG/Auxerre video highlights). Here are our grades for the Parisians.
Goalkeeper –
Gianluigi Donnarumma (6) – Little work, but not imperious on goal, his reality is elsewhere, especially in the Champions League.
Defenders –
Achraf Hakimi (6) – Not his greatest game of the year.
Marquinhos (7) – He scored a decisive goal, he was good. The disputed player shows he’s still hungry. Replaced by Lucas Beraldo in the 73rd minute.
Willian Pacho (7) – As solid as his season. He’s ready for the challenges ahead.
Nuno Mendes (7) – Showed some great things again. He’s really capable of making big differences in all areas of the game.
Midfielders –
Fabian Ruiz (6) – He’s not having his best game either. Now, he’s not expected to play in this match. Replaced by Warren Zaïre-Emery in the 60th minute.
Vitinha (6) – He’s making less and less of an impact, but still controls the tempo of a match. He’ll have to be more enterprising in the next two finals.
Joao Neves (6) – He runs, he fights, that’s the essence of his game. Like Vitinha and Ruiz, took few risks. Replaced by Senny Mayulu in the 60th minute.
Forwards –
Ousmane Dembélé (6) – Tried to score, but it wasn’t his night. An insignificant match, as he too is expected later in the season. Replaced by Gonçalo Ramos in the 73rd minute.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (8) – In the end, he was the main man. He had a monstrous end to the season physically. He scored twice, hardly ever left the pitch and his state of mind was irreproachable.
Bradley Barcola (6) – He missed a lot. Not at the best moment of his career. Replaced by Désiré Doué in the 60th minute.
Coach –
Luis Enrique (7) – He’ll be able to celebrate a title with a win. As for the players, this match is above all a preparation for what’s to come. He brought back the first-choice line-up to get the rhythm going.
