This Sunday, Equipe de France will play in the 3rd place match of the Nations League against Germany at 3pm at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. This match involved 5 Paris Saint-Germain players, all French: Lucas Hernandez, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Désiré Doué, Ousmane Dembélé and Bradley Barcola. But Dembélé and Barcola are officially out.
Bad news for France and the players, as they’ll be missing the game. It’s more mixed news for PSG. The injuries are reported as minor in the media, and we can only hope that they’ll be back in training soon.
This would give Barcola and Dembélé some rest and more time to prepare with PSG for the Club World Cup, which kicks off next weekend. Let’s wait and see, though, as we don’t want any nasty surprises.
