The 2025 summer mercato is now open in France until 8pm on September 1, so the rumors surrounding Paris Saint-Germain are piling up. This time, L’Equipe has confirmed that Fabio Domingo, a 17-year-old winger trained at FC Metz and at the end of his aspirant contract, is on his way to Paris.
“Fabio Domingos (2007, winger) has left FC Metz to join Paris Saint-Germain, where he will initially play with the Espoirs squad.”
PSG is looking to bring together great talent in order to develop them and bring some of them into the professional team. Even if this will be difficult, given the tough competition and high standards.
But the project is there and this Espoirs group has a clear objective. Domingos should go through this stage, and it would be strange for this journalist to be so randomly affirmative. We can only hope that Domingos will be able to integrate well and continue to progress, so as to become an asset to the professional group one day. PSG didn’t recruit him at random, that’s for sure.
