Lee Kang-In, the 24-year-old Korean midfielder, arrived at the summer mercato in July 2023 from Mallorca, and is under contract at Paris Saint-Germain until June 2028. He has achieved a great deal, but is struggling to fully establish himself, and there is talk of a departure this mercato. Today, journalist Romain Collet Gaudin assures us that Napoli are tempted and that Paris has set its demand.
“Napoli, still very interested in Lee Kang-in, want to speed things up!
PSG are asking at least €30m for the South Korean.
The ball is in Napoli’s court.”
These are credible assertions, in line with what we’ve been seeing lately, even if the price may vary. Napoli have already been mentioned in this dossier, even if there was a period of calm in the rumours. It’s at least a possible transfer.
PSG may want to give another player a chance to make a bigger impact on their team. Lee, on the other hand, may want a little more room to show off and move forward. Although far from a foregone conclusion, a departure is not certain and has not been mentioned by the player or Paris.
