This Sunday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) will face Lille (6th) at the Stade Pierre Mauroy for matchday 7 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 8:45 PM, CET). On Friday, Le Parisien newspaper published a possible starting lineup for PSG.
Barcola – Ramos – Mbaye
Mayulu – Lee – Neves
Hernandez – Beraldo – Zabarnyi – Hakimi
Chevalier.
This is a plausible lineup, but nothing is certain. We’ve seen time and again that coach Luis Enrique doesn’t give any hints about his selections, and the media has always had to guess his choices. This is quite logical, as he bases his decisions on factors such as an analysis of the opponent, the current form of his players, and the competition for positions within the squad. These are all details known only to him and his coaching staff.
So let’s wait and see what the PSG coach’s choices are. We’re expecting a strong team, even if there’s bound to be some rotation given the six injuries announced (Marquinhos, João Neves, Ousmane Dembélé, Fabian Ruiz, Désiré Doué, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia). One might wonder if Vitinha doesn’t need a breather, perhaps with Lee in his role and Mbaye in attack.
