On Friday, Brazil coach Fernando Diniz unveiled his list of players for the November break, with matches against Venezuela (November 14) and Uruguay (November 20) in the World Cup qualifiers. A Brazilian from Paris Saint-Germain has been called up: Marquinhos (30-year-old central defender). Lucas Beraldo (20-year-old central defender) is left out.
A logical selection for Marquinhos, a key player in the squad who has been on a roll at PSG of late and is in good form. Unfortunately, there are no surprises for Beraldo either, who has been in more difficulty as the competition in Brazil is very tough. But he’s young and has time to make his mark, whether with PSG or his country.
