This Friday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) faces Toulouse (9th) at the Parc des Princes for Matchday 28 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 8:45 PM, CET). PSG coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting eleven, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches, and the risk of suspensions, after having selected the squad for this game.
Luis Enrique’s lineups are always difficult to predict, especially now with the international break upon us and the Champions League quarter-final first leg against Liverpool on Wednesday. We expect rotation. But there are many variables, including each player’s playing time, travel, and recovery. And everyone responds differently to each factor.
There’s also the need to field a competitive team against a Toulouse side that’s far from easy to face. Not to mention the constant competition for places in the starting eleven instilled by Luis Enrique. So, we’re trying to anticipate amidst all this, while accepting that we might be in for a surprise.
Possible lineup:
Doué – Dembélé – Mbaye
Neves – Vitinha – Zaïre-Emery
