As is customary after each round of matches, L’Équipe has published its Team of the Week for Matchday 32 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season, which took place this past weekend. Despite a 2-2 draw against Lorient at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain has no players selected.

It’s no surprise that PSG isn’t included in this Team of the Week, given their relatively solid performance, though it was far from impressive, especially considering the expected victory for Paris. Other players and teams made a much stronger impression. There’s quality in Ligue 1, and it’s good to see that too.
This time, the selection is primarily comprised of teams from the lower end of the table: Nantes, Le Havre, Auxerre, and Paris FC. There’s also a very spectacular Olympique Lyonnais side, who secured a crucial victory against Rennes in their quest for European qualification. This is largely thanks to the continued importance of Corentin Tolisso. This has led some to consider him for a place in the French national team for the World Cup.
