This Thursday evening at 9:00 PM CET (broadcast on La Chaîne L’Equipe and Disney+), the women’s teams of Paris Saint-Germain (3rd) and Manchester City (11th) will face off at the Manchester Regional Arena for the third matchday of the 2026-2027 Women’s Champions League. Ahead of the encounter, L’Equipe has put forward probable lineups.
Manchester City (Women’s Team):
Fujino
Hemp – Fowler – Shaw
Hasegawa – Charles
Blindkilde Brown – Rose – Casparij – Greenwood
Yamashita
PSG (Women’s Team):
Feller – Morissaint – Karchaoui
Jourde – Österas – Echegini
Elimbi Gilbert – Mbock – Samoura – Chagas
Szperkowska
Each lineup is logical, given recent matches and the players currently sidelined. However, we should remain cautious; these are not the official team sheets, and changes are possible—especially for PSG, as coach Paulo César is known to spring surprises with his tactical experiments. We will have to wait for the official announcement of the lineups, roughly an hour before kickoff, to know for certain.
