Enzo Millot, the 22-year-old attacking midfielder who trained at AS Monaco and joined Stuttgart in 2021, has taken a step forward in recent months and is establishing himself as one of the great talents of his generation. Called up to the French U-21 team, he spoke to Free Foot. An opportunity for the player who was in great demand last summer, now that he has extended his contract from 2024 to 2028, to talk about the future. Paris Saint-Germain is clearly a destination that would appeal to him.
“As a Parisian, I’m obviously attached to Paris Saint-Germain. It’s my club of choice. After that, I’m not closed to any club in Europe, in the major leagues. If I get the chance to join one of the biggest clubs in the world, I’d love to.“
A player who seems to fit in well with the current project, and who makes it quite clear that he would be delighted to sign for PSG. We suspect that his comments will not go down too well with Stuttgart.
But Millot is ambitious and has his sights set high. He also has a special bond with Paris, which he makes no secret of. It remains to be seen how interested the PSG management and staff are. It’s possible, with his talent and versatility (he can play as a winger and a relay player), which could well appeal.
But there’s nothing concrete at the moment. An offer won’t necessarily come, let alone a deal. Especially if we’re thinking of this winter. Still, it’s a file that could take shape.
