On Tuesday at Stamford Bridge, Paris Saint-Germain defeated Chelsea 3-0 in the second leg of their 2025-2026 Champions League Round of 16 tie (8-2 aggregate score; they will face either Liverpool or Galatasaray in the quarter-finals). As we now do after every match, we asked our readers to vote for PSG’s best player. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (25-year-old forward) won the vote.

A great victory for the Georgian, who knows how to rise to the occasion. He opened the scoring to put PSG on the right track, and went on to create several good chances and put in a tremendous defensive shift. However, PSG lacked a bit of flair to truly impress and create real competition for his place in the starting lineup.
We can see that Matvey Safonov (the 27-year-old goalkeeper) comfortably takes second place thanks to several saves, despite a few hesitations in his distribution and aerial play in the first half. Bradley Barcola’s third place is no surprise; the 23-year-old striker scored a superb goal. He perhaps wasn’t as consistent throughout the rest of the match to garner more votes.
Thank you for your votes. As a reminder, the top three finishers from each match are then used to determine the Player of the Month.
