On Wednesday at Stade Marcel-Michelin, Paris Saint-Germain beat FC Espaly 2-4 in the last 16 of the Coupe de France 2024-2025 (Espaly/PSG video highlights). We then asked our readers, as they do after every match from now on, to vote for the best Parisian of the match. Warren Zaïre-Emery (18-year-old midfielder) won the vote.
A rather well-deserved success for a player who put in a satisfactory performance in a match that was collectively difficult. It wasn’t brilliant either, but it was enough to help PSG out of a bad situation. Not least with a fine left-footed equaliser.
Behind them, Désiré Doué (19) and Bradley Barcola (22) could have done better in several situations, but they also created chances and were decisive. This cannot be overlooked.
Last but not least, Vitinha (24) was a great addition to the team, helping to organize the midfield and create chances.
We would like to thank you for your votes, which will henceforth be organized after each official match. We would also like to point out that the podiums from the player of the match elections will be used to elect the player of the month.
