These are perfectly credible teams, given their recent performances, with several Paris Saint-Germain players in the starting lineup. Notably, Karchaoui will be playing in midfield, just as coach Paulo César has done at PSG. Now, we hope France will be a bit more convincing in their play than they were in their hard-fought victory in Ireland a few days ago (2-1).
They’ll need to be against a Polish side with some strong players, including the experienced Dudek, who will be reunited with her PSG teammates. There’s a great atmosphere surrounding the match, but there’s no room for camaraderie during the game itself.
