French midfielder Manu Koné (23, AS Roma) spoke to L’Equipe about the qualities of Ousmane Dembélé. This was an opportunity to speak highly of the 27-year-old Paris Saint-Germain and Les Bleus striker.

“What Ousmane does is incredible. It’s incredible! Beyond what he’s doing this season, the player himself, his qualities, I already saw them, but to see him in real life, what he’s achieving, what he can do, it’s incredible! You rarely see players like that. He’s out of the ordinary.
But when you get to know him, to see him score so many goals, with the qualities he has, it’s just normal, it’s not shocking. I’m very happy for him. I hope he goes on to score more.”
Ousmane Dembélé is Ligue 1’s top scorer and one of Europe’s top scorers this season. He’s having an exceptional year, far from injuries and closer than ever to scoring in front of goal. It’s a real pleasure to have such a player at Paris Saint-Germain and in the French national team.
It’s great to finally see his full potential expressed, and let’s hope it lasts. There’s every reason to hope so, as his sparkling form continues. It’s not just a little peak. Coach Luis Enrique seems to have helped him gain in consistency. Not least with confidence and a physique that is far more reliable.
