Rodrigo Mora, FC Porto’s 17-year-old attacking midfielder/winger (under contract until 2027) who has made a remarkable professional debut, has been mentioned as being in the sights of Paris Saint-Germain for the mercato. PSG Inside Actus reports on Wednesday that the Portuguese is tempted to sign for Paris.
I’ll talk more about it tomorrow. But FC Porto and Paris are talking about Rodrigo Mora at the moment. The player wants to come to Paris.
We’ll have to wait and see for more details, and in any case we’ll need concrete confirmation to be certain. But we can well imagine that PSG is an attractive proposition for many players. It’s a strong project, with an impressive team. There are also a number of players who have discovered the national team while in Paris, and that can count for something. Especially with the 2026 World Cup just around the corner.
However, the Paris club is not the only one of interest. Rumours are rife every summer, and few are confirmed. Mora has been mentioned several times in PSG’s sights, as have other players. But Paris will not move forward for all of them. Patience is still required to find out more.
