For several days now, João Neves, Benfica’s 19-year-old midfielder, has been rumoured to be close to a move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Today, journalist Santi Aouna (Foot Mercato) assures us that the player is about to pass his medical and that official announcements are taking shape.

The medical is the logical next step before a transfer, and Neves knows that he will soon become an official PSG player. We’re now waiting for everything to be settled, but it won’t be long now.
