Randal Kolo Muani, the 26-year-old striker signed by Paris Saint-Germain until June 2028, was one of the club’s biggest transfers when he arrived at the summer mercato in September 2023. But he has failed to establish himself and a departure is looming. Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio insists that AC Milan have joined this complicated dossier this winter.
“The Rossoneri have asked the French club for a loan, but the conditions are difficult: the player has a high salary and PSG is not willing to share.
Milan are not the only club interested in the former Eintracht Frankfurt player, however, and Juventus have also made enquiries in recent days.
But the player also has admirers abroad, including Bayern Munich and a number of Premier League teams.”
Numerous clubs have been mooted for Kolo Muani, without any of them appearing to get ahead of the player or PSG. The French international’s salary is an obstacle, and perhaps the price set by Paris too.
It will clearly take some effort for the situation to unblock. Even if we can understand that the Parisian club doesn’t want to make a gift either, just as the player doesn’t necessarily want to lower his salary. But a transfer would be better for everyone, so we hope a solution will be found.
As for the destination, it’s all a blur at the moment. Especially as there are only rumours and nothing concrete.
