Starting this Sunday in Strasbourg (Ligue 1 Matchday 20), 27-year-old Paris Saint-Germain right-back Achraf Hakimi received a straight red card in the 75th minute for a high challenge. The PSG defender will therefore be suspended for next Sunday’s home game against Olympique de Marseille at the Parc des Princes, the final match of Matchday 21.
This is a tough blow for both Paris and Hakimi, with an important Classico now to be missed. They will have to adapt, as has often been the case this season. We especially hope that Hakimi’s suspension will not be extended too much.
