As recently reported in the press, Paris Saint-Germain has officially appointed Richard Heaselgrave to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. He replaces Marc Armstrong, who left for Manchester United at the start of the season. The Englishman joins PSG with a wealth of experience, having held similar positions at World Rugby, the Australian Tennis Federation, NBA Europe and the English Football League.

Paris Saint-Germain announces the appointment of Richard Heaselgrave as Chief Revenue Officer. A recognized leader in the international sports industry, he will take up his position with the Club in the coming weeks.

It’s a little hard to know exactly what Richard Heaselgrave’s day-to-day mission is without being behind the scenes at the club, but we suspect it’s not a random choice. And if the Englishman has held so many important positions, there’s certainly a good reason.

We can be confident that PSG will continue to progress and move forward with its project, which is already well underway. At the very least, there’s something to be said for serenity.
