Aïssatou Tounkara, a 29-year-old defender who joined Paris Saint-Germain from Manchester United in 2023, has failed to make an impact. So she’s off to get some playing time this season on loan at FC Fleury.

Tounkara failed to convince at PSG and is understandably keen to find more regular playing time. She’s not going far with Fleury. The 7th-placed club in the league should give her the opportunity to make a comeback. Of course, we wish her every success in seizing it.
