This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) take on Angers (14th) at the Parc des Princes for the 28th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025 (kick-off 5pm, CET). Paris coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting 11, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches and suspension risks, after having formed the Parisian squad for this match.
It’s always impossible to be sure of Luis Enrique’s choices, as he has installed strong competition, versatility and rotation in his squad. We don’t have all the elements at our disposal, including an analysis of our opponents.
But we can assume that some of them will at least have a little rest before the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Aston Villa next Wednesday (return on April 15). Others may have some rhythm and confidence. The Spanish coach is not in the habit of putting his entire starting line-up for the “big game” on ice.
Possible line-up:
Kvaratskhelia – Dembélé – Barcola
Doué – Vitinha – Neves
Mendes – Pacho – Beraldo – Hakimi
Donnarumma
Substitutes – Safonov, Tenas, Hernandez, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Mayulu, Ruiz, Zaïre-Emery, Mbaye, Ramos.
Out – Lee (injury), El Hannach, Tape, Zague (rest)
Possible yellow card suspension: Achraf Hakimi.
This would be effective from Tuesday April 8, i.e. against Le Havre on April 19 for the 30th day of Ligue 1.
