This Thursday, Deloitte (a global audit and consulting firm) published its ranking of football club revenues worldwide for the 2024-2025 season. Paris Saint-Germain secured a respectable 4th place, behind Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Bayern Munich, with approximately €807 million.
This is a remarkable achievement for PSG, who have managed to climb into the top 5 of the rankings and maintain their position there. This is crucial for achieving similar success on the pitch. The quality of their work is obviously important, but financial strength remains (logically) an asset for building a stronger team.
Some predicted a decline with the departure of the “stars,” but we can see that Paris has a solid foundation and remains very attractive. This is especially true given their impressive performance on the field, with numerous titles won, including their first Champions League victory. Now, the biggest challenge will be staying at the top, even though winning everything is impossible given the fierce competition.
