This Saturday, as part of the 30th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025, Paris Saint-Germain faced Le Havre at the Parc des Princes. Lee Kang-in, PSG’s 24-year-old midfielder/attacker, stopped by the mixed zone after the 2-1 Parisian victory (video highlights PSG/Le Havre).
“We’re going to do our utmost to win every game.
I’m coming back little by little. I feel it’s still costing me quite a bit, but I’m going to keep working hard to get back in the best shape possible.
I’m very happy to be back with the team, to play with them again. It’s been a long time, because after the selection I couldn’t because of the injury. I’m happy for the win and to be able to keep moving forward.
We’ll keep working together to keep winning. We’ll try to prepare match by match, concentrating on each encounter to get the win.”
It’s not clear whether Lee will be at PSG next year, but he remains one of the few players to show recurring weaknesses. Luis Enrique likes him and his future could continue in Paris. Having said that, Lee has been injured and, when the team is firing on all cylinders, he’s only been able to watch from a distance. That’s not ideal.
Watch out, though, for his attitude, which is sometimes special, as on the pitch when he swiped a corner that Désiré Doué also coveted. It’s up to him to show that he can be of service at the end of the season.
