This Saturday, the Paris Saint-Germain and Dijon women’s teams faced off at the PSG Campus for Matchday 4 of the 2025-2026 Arkéma Premier League. After the 1-0 victory, coach Paulo César spoke to PSG TV.

Paulo César: “We have to congratulate the players, who were able to bounce back quickly.”

A tough win?

Yes, a complicated match, with an opponent who played a low block and defended well. We controlled the match from start to finish. We could have still created many more chances. But, frankly, it was a good match. I’m very proud of what the girls did today. We have to keep working for the future.

Was it important to react after the defeat in Lyon?

Of course, I think we have to congratulate the players, who were able to bounce back quickly after the defeat against Lyon. We will continue to work, to make this collective work together in order to be ready for the Champions League.
