Paris Saint-Germain secured a 4-0 win over Inter Miami (PSG/Inter Miami highlights) on Sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, booking their spot in the Club World Cup 2025 Round of 16. After the match, 22-year-old forward Bradley Barcola spoke to DAZN.
Barcola: “I was able to get back into rhythm.”
Everything went well today?
“Yeah, everything went smoothly. We started the game well, scored quickly, and set the tempo.”
You’ve got incredible qualities—you thrive in space and could become a regular starter again, even if you miss chances. What do you think?
“I’m happy with my performance, though I wish I had scored. Overall, I’m satisfied—I got back into rhythm after a long time without playing a full match. And most importantly, we won.”
Barcola: “You’ve got to earn your place.”
Do you carry the pride of being European champions?
“We were feeling a bit tired, but still managed to recharge a bit. Once we’re fresh like that, nobody can stop us.”
Is it tough earning your spot in this PSG team?
“Exactly—you have to fight for your place, give everything in every game. Even if it’s just 20 or 30 minutes, you have to go all in.”
