This Thursday, as part of the 2025 Champions Trophy, Paris Saint-Germain faced Olympique de Marseille in Kuwait. Lucas Chevalier, the 24-year-old Parisian goalkeeper, was named man of the match after PSG’s penalty shootout victory (2-2, then 4-1 on penalties).

A well-deserved reward, which should do him a world of good. Chevalier was somewhat at fault for Marseille’s equalizer by conceding the penalty, but otherwise, he performed very well. His two subsequent penalty saves were certainly noteworthy. This is very positive for his morale and his adaptation; we wish him continued success.
