This Saturday, the women’s teams of Paris Saint-Germain (5th in Ligue 1) and Paris FC (4th in D2) faced off at the PSG Campus in the semi-finals of the 2025-2026 LFFP Cup. After the 3-0 victory, coach Paulo César spoke to PSG TV, looking ahead to the final on March 14th in Abidjan against OL Lyonnes.
Paulo César: “The girls were calm and composed during the match.”
Are you satisfied after qualifying?
Yes, I’m very satisfied. We knew it was going to be a tough match. In the first half, Paris FC caused us a lot of problems, and I think the girls were calm and composed. We implemented what we had planned.
Paulo César: “Anything can happen”
In the second half, the goals started flowing and I’m very happy; we’re going to the final. It’s very important for the club’s objectives. It’s all connected; hard work is rewarded with titles, we know that very well. We’ll have the opportunity to play in a final. Anything can happen; we have a chance to win. We’re going to do everything we can to be in top form for the final.
