This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) will face Troyes (16th) at the Parc des Princes as part of the 10th matchday of the 2026-2027 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 9:05 PM, CET). On Friday, PSG announced that Achraf Hakimi (a 28-year-old right-back) would be rested.
In agreement with the head coach and the sporting management, Achraf Hakimi has been granted a rest period until the start of the international break.
There is no injury, but rather some fatigue for a player who has just started four consecutive intense matches. This is in line with the typical management style of coach Luis Enrique, who makes a point of listening to his players and avoids taking any risks that could lead to an injury. Hakimi is expected to be replaced by either Warren Zaïre-Emery (a 20-year-old midfielder) or David Boly (a 17-year-old right-back).
As a reminder, the current list of injured players includes Marquinhos (a 32-year-old central defender and captain), Nuno Mendes (a 24-year-old left-back), Ousmane Dembélé (a 29-year-old forward), and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (a 25-year-old forward).
