This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) take on Strasbourg (7th) at the Stade de la Meinau for the 32nd day of Ligue 1 2024-2025 (kick-off 5pm, CET). With 2 days to go before the match, RMC Sport reports that 27-year-old striker Ousmane Dembélé is absent from today’s training session.

Ousmane Dembélé was absent from collective training on Thursday and is doubtful for PSG-Arsenal.

The French international is not expected to line up against Strasbourg .

No one is willing, for the moment, to let filter the degree of seriousness of his injury but at the club we hope to see him on the pitch on Wednesday evening.

It’s no great surprise. The initial news was positive, but there was still some pain. We suspect that Dembélé won’t be travelling to Strasbourg, and there’s some suspense surrounding Wednesday’s Champions League semi-final second leg against Arsenal. Let’s hope for some positive news between now and then.
