On Saturday evening, with the Coupe de France Round of 32 match against Vendée Fontenay and a 4–0 victory, Paris Saint-Germain played its final match of the year 2025. The winter break has now begun, with the return date confirmed and revealed by Le Parisien.
“For the end-of-year holidays, the European champions will be given nine days off to recharge their batteries with family, relatives and friends. A chance to clear their minds before returning to training on Tuesday, December 30 at 5 p.m. at the PSG Campus.”
The Parisians can finally take a breather, which will do them a lot of good. However, work will soon resume to prepare for the rest of the 2025–2026 season. The schedule promises to be intense, but PSG still has the ambition and the tools to go all the way. Competitive action resumes as early as January 4 (Matchday 17 of Ligue 1 against Paris FC), with a first trophy already up for grabs on January 8, when PSG face Olympique de Marseille in the Trophée des Champions.
