Randal Kolo Muani, the 26-year-old French national team striker who was struggling at Paris Saint-Germain, has been loaned out to Juventus Turin until the end of the 2024-2025 season without an option to buy. He initially bounced back well, and the Turin club announced its intention to keep him. However, this has yet to materialize, so we’re waiting for an official announcement. Journalist Nicolo Schira and La Gazzetta dello Sport confirm that discussions are underway for a loan with an obligation to buy.

Gazzetta dello Sport :
“Gazzetta: Negotiations underway between Juve and #PSG for Randal #KoloMuani, a loan with obligation to buy (40M) is on the table. We’ll also have to negotiate his salary, which was 7M plus bonus in Paris.”
The overall idea is there and is coming back in several media, with (above all) Juventus and Kolo Muani announcing their desire to continue together. It would be surprising to see any other outcome, given that PSG have no season to bring Kolo Muani back as he has not established himself with coach Luis Enrique.
Beware, however: an agreement will have to be reached, and a stalemate is always possible. Even so, a transfer in the region of 40-50 million euros, possibly on loan with a compulsory option, seems possible. This remains a range in a rumour, so we must remain cautious. Let’s hope for a concrete agreement soon.
