Quentin Ndjantou, a 17-year-old striker trained at Paris Saint-Germain, has reached the end of his youth contract. A decision must now be made regarding his first professional contract. According to L’Equipe, the decision has now been made.
“Paris is preparing to sign its first professional contract with the promising Quentin Ndjantou (18).
The attacking midfielder, who was scouted this summer by Ajax Amsterdam and several German clubs, was called up by Luis Enrique at the end of the season (to face Montpellier). Ndjantou joined PSG in 2020 and has played in all youth categories, as well as representing France at all youth levels.”
While several Titis left this summer (including the very promising Axel Tape and Mahamadou Sangaré), it is a pleasure to see that this very talented young player is set to commit to PSG for the long term. We are still waiting for an official announcement to be sure.
But the sports newspaper is certainly not being so assertive about this issue at random. However, the transfer market can quickly surprise us, and we have already seen the Titis’ futures “change” very quickly. We therefore hope that the good news will be confirmed for Ndjantou. A player who we could gradually discover among the professionals. He has at least already been able to train with coach Luis Enrique’s group.
