The 2026 summer transfer window is already being prepared by clubs, and rumors surrounding Paris Saint-Germain are piling up. This time, it’s L’Equipe that’s taking a look at potential departures and signings. These include Ibrahim Mbaye (18-year-old forward), Lee Kang-In (25-year-old midfielder/forward), Gonçalo Ramos (24-year-old striker), as well as Maghnes Akliouche (24-year-old attacking midfielder/winger from AS Monaco) and Julian Alvarez (26-year-old forward from Atletico Madrid).

“Lee’s replacement has already been identified”

“Stuck last summer, Lee Kang-In remains a highly sought-after player, particularly in Spain. Luis Enrique wanted to keep him this season, but if Atlético Madrid’s interest materializes, the situation could change, especially since PSG is closely monitoring the Colchoneros’ Argentinian striker, Julian Alvarez (26 years old, 2030).

Lee’s replacement has already been identified: Monaco’s Maghnes Akliouche (24 years old, 2028), who is also being tracked by Manchester City and Liverpool. Luis Campos is also closely monitoring the Russian market, with several reports requested in recent weeks concerning Matvei Kislyak (20 years old, 2029). The CSKA Moscow midfielder, more defensively minded than Akliouche, nevertheless fits Luis Enrique’s playing principles.

Gonçalo Ramos also has suitors, and the question of his departure is more relevant than ever. The fact that PSG is actively pursuing Julian Alvarez is also a sign of possible movement around Ramos. Unless the club decides to part ways with Ibrahim Mbaye.

With two years left on his contract, the Senegalese international (18 years old, 10 caps) should get some playing time this week. But the striker seems to be questioning his future, as interest from English clubs grows increasingly insistent.

While PSG is interested in Julian Alvarez and Maghnes Akliouche, Gonçalo Ramos and Lee Kang-in are vying for their place at PSG this week.

As always with rumors, we urge caution. Especially when the claims concern several different players without any concrete evidence. It’s already difficult to get a clear picture of any single situation, so this mix of information is bound to contain some inaccuracies.

Here, we mainly see a recap of recent rumors, still without any certainty. Seeing Lee and Ramos leave this summer, with PSG attempting to find replacements, wouldn’t be a surprise. However, it’s not a done deal. The same goes for Mbaye, even if his limited playing time in 2026 suggests a loan move at least.

As for potential signings, Alvarez and Akliouche have been regularly mentioned recently, and they are interesting players. However, there’s no confirmation, and many other options are possible. For now, these are just typical rumors, even though Luis Campos is known for surprising everyone with his recruitment.
