According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Parisian club has submitted an offer of around €28 million—plus potential add-ons—and currently holds the edge over Juventus. This confirms earlier reports by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
However, PSG has made a concrete move by submitting an offer of approximately €28 million plus bonuses in an attempt to persuade the Emilian club.
PSG AHEAD OF JUVENTUS – Negotiations are therefore underway, with Paris Saint-Germain holding the advantage over Juventus. The French club is working to reach a final agreement with Parma and bring Suzuki to Paris.

PSG is no longer merely monitoring Zion Suzuki; the club has reportedly submitted a significant proposal to Parma in an attempt to wrap up the deal quickly.
