Paris Saint-Germain recently unveiled its 2025-2026 home jersey and put it on sale in its stores. It’s been a real success, with even a record start, which PSG has highlighted.
“According to the Club’s partner, Fanatics, sales of the new Nike home jersey on the official Paris Saint-Germain online store have exceeded all previous records: +37% compared to the launch of the 2021/22 home jersey, a club record for a home jersey; +10% compared to the launch of the Third Jordan jersey for the 2020/21 season, an absolute club record to date.”
This is a great moment for PSG, which has finally achieved its long-awaited sporting objective. That’s the most important point, but of course it also comes with a major leap in terms of image and revenue. This is no mean feat for the project. It’s also thanks to a very high-level foundation that this Champions League victory is so decisive. Let’s not forget, though, that this jersey is also possibly a great idea in terms of design, with its tribute to the Eiffel Tower.
In any case, PSG is at a turning point, not the end, as Parisian president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has repeatedly stressed. The work continues, perhaps even more so. We saw clearly last night against Botafogo that PSG cannot relax and will be eagerly awaited.
