Gabriel Moscardo, a 19-year-old midfielder who arrived at Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2024 from Corinthians (after a winter loan), was loaned to Stade de Reims for the 2024-2025 season in order to gain experience. However, his season has been complicated by injuries, and he is back on loan. The new club is Sporting Braga. The loan was made official today.
“Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Moscardo joins Sporting Clube de Braga on loan.
Paris Saint-Germain wishes Gabriel every success for this season in Portugal.”
The Brazilian talent, who won the Copa America U20 at the start of 2025, didn’t get to show much during his time in Ligue 1. Nor during the Club World Cup, due to physical problems. We therefore hope that this signing will enable him to gain playing time, progress and showcase his talents.
We hope Moscardo will put these worries to one side and prove his full potential this season. He’s got talent, but now he just needs to find his rhythm and confidence before taking stock next summer. Perhaps a chance at PSG.
