Yoram Zague, a 19-year-old right-back under contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2027, was loaned to Copenhagen for the 2025-2026 season with an option to buy. A great opportunity, but one that has suddenly come to an end, according to Danish media and Foot Mercato. The club has terminated the loan and found a replacement.

FC Copenhagen, PSG, and Yoram Zague have agreed to end the loan, which was initially supposed to run until the summer.
Only a few details remain to be finalized before the termination is officially confirmed.

Foot Mercato:
“FC Copenhagen, who have already found a replacement for him during this winter transfer window, have decided to terminate his loan, according to our information.”
This is a surprise; Zague’s situation didn’t seem entirely alarming. Even though 511 minutes at the halfway point of the season isn’t particularly impressive either. Perhaps, in fact, PSG were in favor of a change of situation to foster the development of the Parisian youth player.
He could potentially find a place in Paris within a squad that is sometimes physically stretched thin. However, with Achraf Hakimi (the 27-year-old right-back) finally returning from the Africa Cup of Nations, it’s almost too late for Zague to return to PSG. We hope that he will be able to have an opportunity with another club if it is considered that there is no room in the capital.
