“I spoke to teammates who have worked under Luis Enrique.” Everyone had nothing but good things to say. That he’s a coach who’s very close to his players, one of the best there is. He gives young players a lot of confidence, he passes on his knowledge and gives them freedom. That’s very important for us.
He’s teaching me things he couldn’t work on before because I wasn’t there. But he gives me freedom and trusts me. And that’s why I’m enjoying myself on the pitch.
