FC Versailles, a club playing in the French National League, could be taking advantage of Paris Saint-Germain’s infrastructure next season. According to L’Equipe, the Versailles club could play its matches at the PSG training center.

Promoted to Ligue 1, Paris FC will requisition the Stade Jean-Bouin for its home games next season. But this decision has consequences, as FC Versailles, who played several of their matches at this venue last season, find themselves without a stadium. Its stadium, the Stade Montbauron in Versailles, remains impassable at night due to the lighting and its proximity to the Château de Versailles.
After several weeks of research, sources confirm that the Versailles club could play some of its matches at its stadium, provided they take place in the afternoon. For the evening matches, the club’s directors are considering the PSG training center and its stadium, which boasts a 500-seat stand.
According to L’Equipe newspaper, PSG and the Versailles club are currently negotiating an agreement to allow several N1 matches to be played on the campus next season. A story to keep an eye on over the coming weeks.
