As it does after each round of league matches, L’Équipe has drawn up its squad list for Matchday 13 of Ligue 1 2024-2025, which was played over the weekend (find results and standings here). With their 1-1 draw against Nantes at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain saw none of their players selected.
It’s no surprise, then, not to see PSG in this standard team, as the result was again disappointing. The defense held up well, but Nantes didn’t offer much in the way of opposition, and a goal was still conceded. Offensively, the goals were clearly lacking.
So it’s hard to shine, especially as other Ligue 1 players performed very well and deserve to be singled out. Rennes, for example, had a fine presence, which is not usual this season.
We hope to see some Parisians again soon, as this will mean that there are once again some fine performances.
