Kylian Mbappé, the 26-year-old French international forward, is now a Real Madrid player following his departure from Paris Saint-Germain. However, not everything has been settled between the player and the club where he spent seven years. The French star is currently in a financial dispute with PSG over unpaid bonuses and salaries, while the Parisian club maintains that a settlement had already been reached. Recently, Mbappé’s lawyers announced a legal offensive, launching several proceedings, to which PSG has responded. The date for his hearing before the French labor court (“Prud’hommes”) is now known.
“The labor court hearing between PSG and Kylian Mbappé concerning the 55 million euros of unpaid wages and bonuses will be held on November 17, as announced by @AFP.”
This is a step towards resolving this long and painful affair, so it’s relatively positive. Even though we regret that this case even exists. All parties would have preferred to avoid it; now we must avoid being the loser. And we eagerly await its conclusion, so that this chapter can finally be closed.
