Ademola Lookman, Atalanta’s 27-year-old Nigerian striker (under contract until 2026), was rumored to be close to Paris Saint-Germain last summer, but nothing came of it. Mundo Deportivo assures us this Saturday that the interest exists on its own. And Paris would not be the only big club.

We remain cautious, as this is not an official announcement. Far from it. It’s just a rumour, and it’s not coming from the most reliable of newspapers. Lookman is a very good player and PSG could be interested in him. But there are many other possible leads. The same goes for the striker, who could consider signing for Paris, as well as other destinations.
As is often the case, we’ll have to wait and see. The mercato is still a long way off and there’s nothing definite today. Even if PSG is preparing, of course.
