Bradley Barcola, the 22-year-old striker recruited by Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2023 with a contract running until June 2028, has taken some time to establish himself in Luis Enrique’s team. His rise to prominence has attracted a great deal of interest. According to Bild, he is one of Bayern Munich’s targets.
“One of Bayern’s major projects this summer is the purchase of a new left winger.
Max Eberl is dreaming of Nico Williams, but a profile like Bradley Barcola is also attractive to the club.
The French winger could be the reason for Kompany and Freund’s move to the classics.”
We’re cautious, it’s only a rumour. There’s nothing concrete and there’s no particular reason to think that this could happen. Especially as PSG won’t sell easily (if at all) and Barcola may simply want to continue in Paris.
So let’s wait and see before considering a departure for the French international. Bayern Munich could focus on other, possibly more affordable prospects. It’s not out of the question that this rumour was launched by the German newspaper in order to occupy the end of the international break, which is a little empty as the national teams have finished playing.
