Having arrived from Inter Milan in the summer of 2023, 29-year-old defender Milan Skriniar has yet to find his place at Paris Saint-Germain. His contract expires in June 2028, but already a departure seems likely as the Slovak international is no longer playing. This Thursday, Fotomaç reports that the player and Galatasaray have taken an important step.
“According to FotoMaç, Galatasaray have reached an agreement with Skriniar. However, the same has yet to be done with PSG.”
We remain cautious, as this is not an official announcement. But Skriniar’s move to Galatasaray continues to gather momentum. It’s probably not for nothing.
Nevertheless, there remains one major obstacle: the agreement to be reached between the two clubs. According to the Turkish media, PSG are looking for a permanent transfer, while Galatasaray are looking for a loan deal. There’s nothing insurmountable about that, but it’s not a foregone conclusion either.
