He has finally joined Manchester City. This was made official on Monday.
The case has been heading in this direction for some time now, but it’s not clear how far PSG have really been in the race. Perhaps some things will become clearer now. In any case, it’s an interesting recruitment for Manchester City and a huge step for Khusanov.
