“What I liked most was the mentality. I think we started the game very well and played as usual. Soccer can be cruel. They scored a goal and that was a particularly difficult moment, because confidence is in doubt.
But after that, I think the team showed personality and character. Now we have to think about the return match and approach it with the right mentality to try and win the game.
We always say that when you play a match of this importance, you have to be able to control your emotions. That’s the most important thing in order to manage the ups and downs. And I think the team showed its usual strength of character.”
