We then asked our readers, as they do after every match from now on, to vote for the best Parisian of the match. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (24-year-old striker), came out on top.
A crushing victory for Kvaratskhelia, a great creator of chances and scorer of a superb goal without forgetting to put in the defensive effort. The success was far from illogical, but one might have expected Désiré Doué (19-year-old midfielder/attacker) to be less distant. He also put in a great performance, including the superb equalizer.
One thing stands out: the other players are a long way off. That’s quite logical. The collective was very strong, and no-one “missed” their match. But these 2 players really stood out.
